Orders typically ship within 2 business days of being placed online. If you supply an e-mail address when placing your order, you will receive tracking information via e-mail within 24-48 hours of shipment (if tracking information is available). You may also call our Customer Care department (Customer Care) to obtain tracking information. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your order. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

If you have not completed the checkout process, simply click on the "X" to the left of the item description in your shopping cart to remove an item from your order. To change a quantity, enter the new amount in the "QTY" field and then click on the word "RECALCULATE" under the order total at the bottom right of the cart.
If you have completed the checkout process, your order is no longer editable. Please contact our Customer Care department (Customer Care) as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to make the changes you desire. |
